Gubbi

Karthik Sundar Gubbi, known as "Gubbi," is a multilingual rapper, lyricist, and composer from Bengaluru, India. He raps in Kannada, English, Hindi, and German and is part of the first generation of Bengaluru rappers. Gubbi began his journey in 2007 with text rap battles on social media. In 2011, he created his first Kannada-English rap, which became a hallmark of his style. Influenced by EMINEM and J. Cole, his music ranges from serious themes to humorous takes on South Indian beats. He has collaborated with various artists, including Carnatic musicians and film music directors, captivating audiences with his diverse hip-hop performances.
