Christopher Pérez

Christopher Pérez was born in Lanzarote, Canary Islands, and developed a passion for music early on, starting saxophone lessons at age 8. He continued his studies at the Lanzarote Conservatory of Music from age 12. Influenced by jazz legends like Lester Young and Joshua Redman, Pérez has pursued a unique musical voice through self-directed exploration. He has received guidance from notable musicians such as Jorge Vistel and Ernesto Aurignac. Currently studying Jazz Saxophone at ESMUC in Barcelona, he aims to innovate and grow as a musician, continually pushing the boundaries of his craft.
